Client: The Nature Conservancy: Freshwater Conservation interactive DVD.
The Conservancy wanted to create an interactive DVD to educate the public on the seven threats to watersheds. The DVD walks the viewer through the threats and shows how the Conservancy is working to protect these vital areas. It also goes deeper and gives links to past and current projects that the Conservancy is working on, offering real-life examples of the work on the ground.
This project was done in Flash. I was the creative director on this project, in which I was responsible for storyboards, setting the look/feel and navigation of the interactive graphic, working as liaison with the internal freshwater team, which consisted of writer, project manager and scientists. It was also my responsibility to hire the design firm to create the illustrations and final flash animation.
The design firm that produced this project is Propeller.  http://orangepropeller.com
