Fundraising Invite
This invitation for a cancer fundraiser dinner at Alinea was inspired by the restaurant website, which features gorgeous images sliding past each other. I wanted to take the virtual experience of navigation to the physical. It also plays into chef Grant Achatz's often-surprising approach to food.
The belly band holds the invitation, RSVP and reply envelope. As you pull out the invitation it surprisers and delights the recipient. He or she might expect a full picture, but instead it reveals the invitation.
