IHRC ANNUAL REPORT 2005 The Illinois Human Rights Commission requested a brochure and annual report illustrating their teamwork and their ability to function independently. The 5.5"x8.5" format was chosen for its size, enabling the piece to be printed together and save costs and time. Both pieces are 2 color outside with a 1 color interior.
