CLIENT: CONCERTO HEALTH | Rebrand from the ground up (concepts)
My role as the creative director on this team was to create a brand from the ground up that included a new logo and creative brand platform that included print and digital creative concepts for both internal and external communications.
The logo was created to show the "patient" at the center of care for this underserved and often forgotten community that lives on the fringes and how Concerto puts their care and lives at the center of their practice.
The creative look/fee/tone in copy as well as the images was to convey the authentic, real situations and moments that Concerto enables this community through their care.
